Paris 7th district – Renovating a luxury pied-à-terre while recapturing its soul

Paris 7th district – Renovating a luxury pied-à-terre while recapturing its soul

“This rundown apartment wasn’t the least bit enticing despite its prime location. Franck saw the potential right away. Everything was switched around. The living room has 4 windows, 2 of which are south facing and unoverlooked; wardrobes were fitted and custom-built, bathrooms were optimised right down to the smallest detail. In this building, constructed in 1789, the idea was to recapture the property’s soul using new materials and the gamble paid off! As a final touch, revamped furniture was combined with vintage pieces, resulting in an ultra-elegant pied-à-terre” E.M.
